U.K. Delivery
  • Greeting cards - Royalmail 1st class standard (delivery aim 1-2 working days)
  • Others - Royalmail Track 48 hours (delivery aim 2-3 working days)
Lost items (U.K. Delivery)

If you do not receive your item, please contact us. We'll arrange a replacement or refund if the item has lost, which we count 15 days from the day you receive the dispatch notification email.

International Delivery

International delivery is not a tracked service, and additional payment may be required to cover the extra delivery cost. Depending on the countries, international delivery time may vary.

  • For E.U., the delivery aim is 1-2 weeks.
  • For U.S.A. and rest of world, the delivery aim is 7 working days, and so please expect 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive, and occasionally we experience delay up to 5 weeks.
  • For rest of world, the delivery aim is 7 working days, so please expect 2-3 weeks.
    Lost items (International Delivery)

    If you do not receive your item, please contact us. We'll arrange a replacement or refund if the item has lost, which we count 5 weeks from the day you receive the dispatch notification email.

    Returns

    If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order to us at your own cost within 28 days of the item being delivered to you. Upon receipt of your order, wherein its original conditions only, we will issue a full refund for your item(s).
