Yes, we can send it directly. Please add the recipient's address as the delivery address, and we will deliver the order directly to them.
When checking out for your card, you can fill out the gift message at the check out page.
We cannot offer personalisation at the moment; it's something we're hoping to offer in the future. However we can attach your gift message to the order check out.
We can only deliver your order to one address. If you'd like to send gifts to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
We're happy to hold up your order for up to a week; please let us know. And you can choose 1st class or guaranteed next day delivery at checkout.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option of choosing a delivery time.
We are a small team, and we dispatch orders every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at noon hours. We will arrange a tighter schedule for important festivals/ holidays such as Valentine's Day and Christmas.
Please contact us to check whether we can cancel your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Our process time is usually, but not limited to, Mondays/ Wednesdays/ Fridays mornings.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us. If you have chosen a tracked delivery service, your tracking number will also be provided afterwards.
